The safety of our employees, other field personnel, and the general public is a priority at Albin Carlson & Co. We have recently released and utilize a completely new and improved Health and Safety Manual. We prepare project and job site specific safety plans. We require safety training for our employees, we track their safety training certificates and we conduct weekly safety meetings for all field personnel. Our safety professionals are constantly monitoring our onsite safety practices via site audits, and we have invited OSHA to visit our sites to review our practices and provide feedback. Our most recent injury incident rate was 1.1 which is well below the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics national average for our NCIAS of 4.7.
